When the United Way of Lackawanna and Wayne Counties began Success By 6 more than 16 years ago, we strove to improve the quality, affordability and accessibility of eary care and education programs for children so they enter school ready to learn...and succeed! Our work on behalf of the area's youngest learners continues today as a grassroots endeavor to make sure children successfully transition to kindergarten, register on time and develop the skills needed for success.
